The services provided by Zero are not subject to financial regulation. On the one hand you are a customer of ours and subscribe to a service which gives you access to a virtual trading account and analysis of your strategy. On the other hand you act as a supplier to us via the provision of trading signals. Neither constitutes a regulated activity.
However, the execution feed of the trading accounts have the same conditions as those of our regulated broker, Darwinex, and are subject to the supervision and guarantees of different international regulatory entities.
The legal terms applicable to the provision of the service are defined in the Terms of Use accepted when subscribing to the service and in the Signal Provider agreement accepted upon creation of your DARWIN.
